Initiating a Grant
Information on applying for grants, IRB, IACUC, ESCRO,funds, transfers, or the set-up of a grant, can be found on the Partners Research Navigator.
Logging into Partners Research Navigator:
• Navigate to the public site at http://navigator.partners.org/ and click on Employee Login.
• On the Office 365 Login page, enter your primary email address (e.g.jdoe@mgh.harvard.edu). If you’re not sure what your primary email is, it can be found in Outlook properties preceded by ‘SMTP’ in capital letters. You can also find your primary email by logging into myprofile.partners.org
• You will then be directed to a Partners login page, and asked first for your user ID, followed by a page for your password

PI Transfer Research Information
The process of transferring a Principal Investigator (PI) and his/her sponsored research activity OUT OF or INTO a Partners entity is a shared responsibility between the PI, the Department Administrator (DA) and RM’s Post-Award team. At least three months should be allowed to complete this process.

Expanded Authorities
NIH has waived cost-related and other prior-approval requirements for many activities and expenditures, and provided authority for these activities and expenditures to the grantee.
