The following ethics statement, or similar, may be used for publications of studies involving animals:
All animal procedures were conducted in accordance with protocols approved by the Massachusetts General Hospital Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and animals cared for according to the requirements of the National Research Council’s Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
